Distribution Process

1. Ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at both Greenfield Produce ("GFD") and at its suppliers for business operations.
2. Fulfil and manage the distribution of all store orders in a timely manner.
3. Ensure proper cost, selling prices, and margins at GFD and proper cost to Kin's Farm Market stores and affiliates from all the vendors of GFD.
4. All the products must be correctly allocated to the proper store from the right vendor and the right quantities and price with the right labels at the right time.
5. Track daily/weekly inventory requirements to meet sales targets, ads, store booking, and orders.
6. Review store orders for peculiarities, bringing forth concerns before finalization of orders.
7. Perform the confirmation of all the purchase orders.
8. Coordinate product allocation of special events such as marketing donations, etc.

Regional Manager

The Regional Manager (“RM”) manages multiple corporate stores in an assigned area. He/she acts as a go-between of the Support Centre and the assigned Kin’s Farm Market corporate chain store by communicating, carrying out and enforcing policies, procedures, practices, systems and guidelines set forth by the Company.  He/she mentors and provides advice to Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers within the area and is responsible for training, coaching, store compliance, customer service experience and keep them motivated in achieving operational goals (profitability, increasing customer numbers, employee readiness, etc.) and efficiencies. The position is also responsible for activities associated with the growth and expansion of the Company.

As a Regional Manager, you will…

·         Multi-store Management Duties:

·         Study and analyze store performance reports and income statements, discuss action plan with store management to improve store performance and efficiency

·         Act as liaison between stores and suppliers; assists to distribute produce to stores according to its needs.

·         Involve in the settlement of claim disputes between Store Managers and suppliers or any other 3rd parties.

·         Prepare sales reports and/or any other forms of analyses as required from time to time.

·         Develop business strategies to raise the customer pool, expand stores’ traffic and optimize profitability.

·         The SAM must be capable of operating a store.

·         Support Operations with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) updates.

·         Support the opening and closing of stores when needed.

·         Attend and participate in weekly Product Plan meetings.

·         Manage all people management duties related to all employees within the district.

As a Part-Time Delivery Driver you will:

• Work at least 5 hours a day.
• Coordinate and pick up deliveries from the Warehouse/and vendors to deliver to chain stores.
• Wrap skids keeping in mind the integrity of products and stability of the entire skid.
• Perform pre- and post- trip vehicle inspection, notifying manager of any major repairs and maintenance.
